How do I fix Creative Cloud Desktop looping initializing Creative Cloud?

It just get stuck on this screen for ever, I have tried everything I feel like, a fresh install, the cloudcleaner tool, let it threw my fire wall, its just keep boot looping. 

I gone down the file rabbit hole but only found more issues, apparently a the ‘

Adobe Desktop Common’ folder never actually installed the ‘AdobeDesktopService’?
I let it all through the fire wall and its still not installing correctly,

I got a new installation of it but the same thing happened, 

After awhile of trubbleshotting, this new error started popping up


I am a lost, I feel like I have tryed everything already, I dont know what else to do
