we could not change your plan. please retry comes up every time i try to upgrade my plan

    Try using a different browser that accepts cookies and does NOT have script blockers.

     

    If you currently have an annual subscription, you'll probably need to cancel that first.  Pay the early termination fee and then order your new plan.  Ask an Adobe chat agent to waive the termination fee for you.

    3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
    4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
    5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
