Question

How do I get a refund for a PS Creative Cloud unused subscription?

Hello,  a previous contractor signed up for Adobe PS Creative about four years ago and left the company in 2018.  No one has used the account since then.  Also we have not been getting yearly email notifications about the renewal since 2018.  It was caught during a yearly audit of expenses.  I have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription but can I get a refund please for the last three years.

If this was a retail subscription, it belongs absolutely to the person subscribed. They are the only ones who will get any notification. The company has no rights to transfer or cancel. Nobobdy should know the password except the individual, this is a breach of terms. As such, the use of a company credit card to pay for a retail subscription for employees is not something I can recommend to any business. If on the other hand it was a team or enterprise subscription, then Adobe provides tools to monitor use.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
