How do I get my files back from Creative Cloud?

How do I get my folder of pictures back out of creative cloud?  It says I've used up all my storage, but I'm just on a trial, and I don't want anything in there.  I can't seem to get the folder back onto my desktop, can't delete it or move it from the archives or the regular section.  Help.

You cannot download more than one file at a time from https://assets.adobe.com/files but you can sync them down to the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer which is created after you install the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Click on the blue Download button on this page Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial to install the application.

Why is it that we can only download one file at a time? If I send a collaborator a folder full of jpgs and they need to download it they have to click each one to download? That's a huge waste of time. How do we get this changed?

Hmm... my understanding is that file synching is something the user starts, it is not automatic
