Question

How do I get rid of Cloud Storage?

Hi all —

Does anyone know how to completely get rid of Cloud Storage in the Creative Cloud app? Occasionally I get a red exclamation mark in my desktop toolbar which means it's not syncing properly. I've never used Cloud Storage and never will and so just want to completely disable it for all my CC apps. Not within the apps but the storage itself so I don't have any error messages again?

Thanks

cc desktop syncing is being discontinued by adobe so you don't really need to do anything, but if you want, pause syncing in the cc desktop app.

or reset the cc desktop app to fix the sync error.

Thanks, I've paused it but it still comes up with the exclamation mark. Can anyone tell me how to reset the CC app please?

Thanks

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
