How do I reapply student discount?

Question

I lost my student discount because I took a year off school, but now I have been re-verified. The problem is that the discount has yet to be applied to my subscription. According to Adobe I have to "contact support" to get it reinstated, but they haven't given me any additional information, and the support chat is closed.

This is really annoying.
