Hi There,
How do I use the Creative Cloud Files folder ( with the red icon ) on my computer?
It looks quite useful. I don't want to put stuff in there if I don't know what I'm doing.

I use Creative Cloud storage for files I want to share with other devices or colleagues.  However, it's not a replacement for hard drive space or dedicated cloud backup & recovery services.   See this help article for more info.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

Creative Cloud Files Folder is a folder where you can store files that synchronize to Creative Cloud online storage. On your mobile device, the Creative Cloud Application and many Adobe mobile apps also connect to that storage. To access the Creative Cloud files folder from the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to the Files tab and select the Open sync folder at the bottom-left corner. Once the folder opens, you can upload your files directly to sync them to your Creative Cloud account.

You may also check this article for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sync-creative-cloud-files.html#:~:text=To%20access%20the%20Creative%20Cloud,to%20your%20Creative%20Cloud%20account.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
