How to activate Behance Pro/Portfolio (already have CC subscription)

Question

Didn't know where else to post, and tried to reach support with no avail. I had the Behance Pro subscription active before I subscribed to Creative Cloud. Since CC already has that product on the pricetag, I didn't renew the individual Behance Pro subscription, thinking it would transfer over (mind you, same account for both subscriptions). Now that I only have the CC subscription, I lost access to Behance Pro and Portfolio (which is very important to me). How can I fix this?
