how to block for data sync between web cloud and each PC.I want control for all user's pc as administrator.

I already blocked as below url.

Sync/Store/Share Core Creative Cloud

hptts://creative.adobe.com/api/share

But one of user create file on C:\Users\Administrator\Creative Cloud Files it is sync with web cloud and another pc.

I saw sync on or off function in set up tap.

but I want block sync for all users as administrator.
