how to chance wrong booked exam when voucher code time expired

i got a voucher from adobe which has last expiration date jan 5 2023, i used that voucher just prior to its expiration date. but i booked for a wrong exam this happens due to my lack of knowledge about exam changing details from past. when i realise i booked for wrong exam my voucher no longer has date for use so i can't manually change my exam subject now. so i need help to change adobe commerce business practitioner expert exam into developer with add on expert exam

"adobe" is a large corporation. who in adobe issued the voucher? you should contact them.
