Hey

I cancelled in the seven day trial and I was still billed for the month 

Where's the link to request a refund please?

Verify that the cancellation did complete, and that you are not subscribed to anything else. Check at https://account.adobe.com/plans. If all is good from your end then contact Adobe Support to get this sorted
