how to copy files from my desktop to the CC library ?

I tried many times but it seems that i need to open an image from the photoshop and then u be able to saves it to CC library.

is it the correct way to do ?

what if i want to copy more then 1 file from my desktop to CC library , what should i do ?

Could anyone help me ?
