How to download share library items?

When I did a forum search on this topic I find discussion that are several years old - but still no answer? Still no option to actually download and use the library elements I have shared on my CC account? Vector files etc. I thought the main purpose of sharing these files in CC with others was to be able to access them and USE them. Developers, other designers etc. Same thing with account holder, would be nice to access and download from shared link in situations where I'm not able to log into my CC account etc. Could be on guest machines, guest networks etc.

In other words: Please make everything I share on the cloud service available to download and use.
