How to enroll the adobe training provider program as ACI?

Hello, i have passed the AD0-C101 exam, and i want to apply for the Adobe Certified Instructor membership. I have sent email to trainingpartners@adobe.com, but still cannot get any response...

is there any way to apply the ACI?

it looks like email is their only contact option, Adobe Training Partner Portal Program
