How to freeze frames

Does anyone know how to allow me to edit the second frame without altering the second one? Whenever edit one frame the other copies my movements.

you can only edit keyframes. ie, if you try to edit a non-keyframe, the preceding keyframe will change.

to prevent that, convert the non-keyframe (that you want to edit) to a keyframe. then edit the newly converted keyframe.

and yes, tell us which app so this can be moved.
