The Adobe certification exams haven't been updated in ages and nothing much is going on until after the Covid pandemic is under better control.

Unless you absolutely need Adobe certification to fulfill a graduation or teaching requirement, I don't see much value in it. Certification doesn't prove you have talent as a content creator. It merely shows you can pass a test on the basics of using a particular software version. Adobe certification is NOT a replacement for a great portfolio and completing a college degree program.
