How to move "My Assets" to "My Library" on mobile apps

I've been using an assortment of the mobile apps, but having trouble in that some of the apps, especially Adobe Draw, only seem to export to the "My Assets" section of the cloud, which is visible on the Cloud Mobile App, but can not be seen from the desktop programs.

I can't seem to move assets under "My Assets" into a Library.

Is there a button I'm just not seeing? Has anyone else had this problem?
