How to open a download with an embedded pdf

I have a new phone.

Google ns 200 one+

I am using chrome and can't open a download with embedded pdf's.

Please help

PDF files, even when invented by Adobe, are not owned by Adobe but are now an ISO standard. Numerous companies are writing programs to read PDF, and none of those needs to consult Adobe. As of your description, you are using Chrome to open your PDF files, so you should ask your question in the corresponding Google fora.

Does this have anything to do with Adobe?
