Question

How to reactivate portfolio?

Hi, I made a page with Adobe Portfolio in December through a school paid Creative Cloud account. My account got deactivated between semesters before being reactivated when the new term began. I thought that my page would stay up for two weeks and then deactivate, but that the content would still be editable and I could republish it when my subscription was reactivated. I can’t find the content anywhere on the portfolio editor page or elsewhere. Is it gone?

Most schools purchase licenses for 12 months, not semesters. ☹️

Going forward, you should probably get a personal plan under a different log-in ID (email) and password from your School’s plan so you can keep ongoing access to Adobe Portfolio under your personal control.

Hope that helps.
