how to share pics from portfolio to Instagram

whats the best way to share photos from Portfolio to Instagram?

i see theres no way to share it single , just shared the folder not just pic selecter.

here's an example.

i'm looking for, (for example) a "share button" to share selected pic to social media accouts.

is this possible?
