I have just retired from my university role and and thus lost my academic CC account. Now I have a full personal CC account. How do I transfer my Adobe Portfolio editing capabilty to the new account??

Grateful any help - or the means to talk to a human being in Adobe.

I'm not sure how that works.  You'll need to contact the Portfolio support team and ask them.  Enterprise plans are owned by the university that paid for them.  You may need to contact the school's IT dept for permission to move a Portfolio to your personal account.

    Good luck.

Hi Nancy, thanks for your advice.

However the method mentioned by kglad, above, worked perfectly!

    1. Select one of your sites.

    2. Select Settings in the left panel.

    3. Select Account & Region.

    4. Under Use Another Adobe ID, select Use Personal Adobe ID.

    5. Enter the Adobe ID you wish to move your sites to.

    6. Select Continue and then Done.

    7. Check your email account under the new/personal account and click the link provided.

    8. Sign into your Personal Account and select Confirm Migration.

Click Edit your Portfolio to exit.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
