How to uninstall properly Creative Cloud's apps

Hello,

In order to make some space for other apps, i decided to uninstall with creative cloud's uninstall button "premiere pro", "adobe audition" etc... for a total of a bit more than 13Go
But by going in my stockage parameters, i see that none of the space i deleted is gone, even if i don't see anymore the names of the applications. I am actually with 36Go of application, with 17Go that don't belong to any of the application in the list. It seems that my PC forgot the way through to the applications.exe, but didn't delete them
How can i delete them properly ?

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
