How to update first and last name in Adobe Credential Management

I've searched for an answer on this and was unable to find one. The first and last name on my Adobe Credential Management profile is incorrect. I've since passed my exam and want to make sure I can update this to my legal name. I have no clue why this information was auto filled from my gmail account with was not setup with my name.

    email your concern at certif@adobe.com

they will open one case where you will have to provide your Adobe ID (top right corner of your account in Adobe Credential Management  @ABC.com), Legal First name and Last name and legal photo identification that displayes your legal first name and last name like passport or government issued id

I've already tried emailing that address and the form itself is how you've
been contacted. This is the 4th time contacting different support teams.
Does no one work with the credential manager??????

Disregard, unable to edit post. I've gone through so many support channels I'm mixing them up. Still have not been able to get this solved.
