Hoy to move a recent document into a synced file ?

I used to send layers from Fresco into Creative cloud. It doesn't offer to do it anymore.… I don't know how to move my recent documents to synced files. 

When I am in Fresco and I try to open a recent document I can only open my synced files. Since I don't know how to move my recent documents to synced file, I am stuck…
