I can't create an Adobe portfolio?

Hello, I bought behance pro to share my work as a stock contributor. However, when I open the adobe portfolio, I get a screen like this and I cannot select anything.

When I go to the welcome page tab and select anything it says I need to log in but I'm already logged in?

To access Adobe Portfolio, you must log-in with your qualifying Adobe ID (the same one you use for Stock Contributor).
