i can't delete permanetly old file on Creative Cloud. Web notification error 412.

On Creative Cloud, in folder delete i want delete permanetly old file, but when i click "button delete" web notifi error 412, so i can delete file in Creative Cloud? and how do?.

Hi Khanhn,

Could you share a screen shot of the error? Do you get the error when attempting to delete any file or only for a specific one?
