Question

I cancelled my subscription within the first 2 days and I didn’t get my refund back. When it clearly states in the rules and regulations that I will receive my refund money within the first 2 weeks

I wanted to try out the free trial in adobe so I entered my card and got it. And after that I forgot to remove my card and I got charged for a monthly subscription of $36. Then I went through the policy and terms and it clearly mentioned that I could receive my refund within the first 14 days so I cancelled it. But I still didn’t receive my refund and it has already been more than a month. Adobe is a scam

If you’re eligible for a refund, it’s usually credited to your payment card within 10-14 business days (times may vary by bank & region).

You must cancel within the initial 14-day trial period to receive a refund.

After 14 days, no refunds are sent.

You should have received a confirmation email when you cancelled. Check your email spam folder.

    Good luck.

    Hi @Zealous_Lightningb62e,

I can see that the subscription was purchased and later canceled. If you were charged and have not received a refund, I understand how frustrating that can be.

In this case, the best option is to contact our support team, as they can review the account and billing details more closely. Please use the link below to get in touch with support:

I hope they can clarify the charges and help resolve this for you.
