Im seeing the same issue, unfortunately none of the responses actually provide any information. If using a vpn to access the site, the site works fine, but there must be somewhat of a time out restriction. I just created an account, and uploaded a few projects and now my IP address seems to have been blocked either temporary or permenantly.
