I cannot switch creative cloud apps to fullscreen mode

Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud apps (Mac) can no longer open in full-screen mode. When I try to maximize the screen, I only see the + symbol, which does not change when I use it. Normally, you can switch between full-screen and windowed mode using the + symbol. This still works with all other applications, just not with the CC applications anymore. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much.

check your keyboard shortcuts in the problematic apps.
