I cannot sync or save to Adobe Cloud

I can sync between Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Mobile. 

 

But I cannot save items to the Adove Cloud.  I have followed the direcctions to pause syncing and then resume syncing but that does nothing.  I never get any error numbers.  I just get "File Syncing Error"

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you see this syncing issue in other Adobe apps as well? Is it possible if you could share the screenshot of the error message which you're seeing?

I am able to sync between Lightroom Classic desktop and Lightroom mobile on my phone.  I do not get any error messages.  Here is what I see in Photoshop.
