I cannot upload my file to the cloud

@CarolynDibrell - Are you trying to upload the file using the CC Assets site at https://assets.adobe.com, the file syncing that is part of the Creative Cloud desktop app, or some other product / service (Lightroom, Document Cloud, etc.)?
