I cant get in my creative adobe apps eventhough I have a licence.

Hi, my indesign and more isn't working. I can only use the trail version, eventhough I still have a licence. I do have a student version. When I log into my adobe account I see that I should have a licence for all the apps in the creative cloud for students. Please help.

Hi @Tarun Saini,

 

I have tried all the steps shared by @kglad. Sadly nothing has worked. I still have no acces to most of my apps eventhough they are included in my membership.

if yes, what is your os/version?

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

 

if that fails, change the install location
