I don't have access to my behance account. Support does not respond for 2 months

Good afternoon, I've been trying to access my Behance account for 2 months. Sent a message to this address <support@behancenetwork.zendesk.com> dozens of times. I get a response from the bot and no one communicates. I tried to chat with a live person who sent me to fill out the same form.

The wildest ignore from the support !!
My Behance account is not blocked, other users can see it, but when I go into it, I get this message You do not have access to this product. Explain what I need to do to fix the error. And do not send me to write to this address again! <support@behancenetwork.zendesk.com>

Ok so I've finally managed to fixed the issue!! The problem came from the fact I created my account while I lived in a country that isn't supported by behance anymore (China in my case).

In order to fix that, I just had to get in contact with Adobe's Customer Care team and asked them to change location associated with my Adobe ID to my actual country. For them to be able to make the change I had to subscribe to a plan, so I just went with a month of Adobe Firefly which was the cheapest one and cancelled it right after the change was done.

It's now all working fine! Hope that can help some of you

I have the exact same issue for about 2 years, my page is accessible via link but I can't log into Behance to make edits. I need to update my portfolio now. Can someone help??

use a different browser.

Tried on Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome on both Mac and Windows. Same issue, it shows: "You do not have access to this product."

I've got the exact same problem, also tried contacting support multiple times but never heard from them...

sorry for that, but behance support isn't as strong as other adobe programs.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

does adobe have the correct email to reach you? did you check spam?
