I had a code for my creative cloud plan but I can't use my licence

help I redeemed a code in this email, the code serves for 3 months but it shows me there’s no plan active in my account whatsoever (it’s only been 1 month of usage, I have the email that says it expires in october)

I already checked if it was in this account, yes it was. I hadn’t gotten any troubles until now idk what to do :(
