I have purchased Lightroom premium on iPad but upon pressing "Restore Purchases" under Account it doesnt restore at all

Lightroom Premium purchased for iPad is not getting activated. It used to work before but upon Lightroom app update its not working anymore. I have tried pressing on “Restore Purchases” over and over (over multiple days) but my subscription is not getting restored
