I just typed several pages of text into portfolio, selected "Update Live Site" and now it's gone.

Question

I just typed several pages of text into a portfolio page, selected "Update Live Site" and now it's gone.
I tried clicking back, hitting CTRL Z, refreshing the page, reopening the page and enabling/disabling the page but no luck. It sure was a lot of work to lose.
If anyone has a solution, I'd really appreciate it. For now, lesson learned and I'll never type anything directly into a portfolio page again.

[Moved from Using the Community forums to Creative Cloud Services.] If site pages were saved to the server at any point, they might be recoverable. Submit a ticket to  Adobe Portfolio support explaining what happened and when.https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=177168 Note: Portfolio support may not respond on weekends.  But they usually reply within 24-48 hours.  Check your email spam folder.
