I keep getting charged for the services I cancelled
I have got the information that my creative cloud fee will raise to 60 euro per month, now since I wasn't really using it anyway I decided to cancel it immediately - I haven't received any further communication from Adobe so I assumed that the cancellation was successful. Now to my surprise when I logged to my bank account today I saw that I was charged for the four following months for the service I wasn't using and that I cancelled. I have tried contacting the help center via phone but the consultants kept disconnecting after couple of minutes so I wasn't able to solve the issue there.
I need help in resolving that,
