I keep on removing a folder from creative cloud only for it to return.

How do I delete this folder. I have archived it and then deleted it direct from the web. But it still returns.

I have tried deleting from local machine, both mac and PC and still it returns like magic.

Please help. I need it deleted.

The folder name is "Prom" and as far as I can find out there is no delete command in the https://creative.adobe.com/files

The five options from the pull down menu are.
