I’m a Behance Pro subscriber, but my messages are blocked, preventing me from contacting freelance clients. This is my third unanswered support request. I’m losing paid time and opportunities. Please escalate this issue and resolve it urgently.

I have a similar issue. My brand new Behance account linked to the email <email removed by mod> was automatically restricted for "Spam" immediately after registration, right when I changed my username to match my brand name "Pixpromo" (the notification states "Добровольная инициатива").

This is a false positive trigger by the automated security system. I haven't uploaded any content yet or sent any messages. The appeal link from the official email doesn't work, and the support chat asks for an active paid plan. I have already emailed support at Zendesk, but haven't received a response yet.

Could an Adobe employee please look into this or escalate my case to the moderation team? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply! I have already used that specific link and successfully submitted a formal ticket via that Zendesk form. However, I still haven't received an automated confirmation email with a Ticket ID, and my account remains restricted. I will wait for the support team to review it. Thanks again!

I am a Behance Pro subscriber, and I am extremely frustrated that my messaging functionality has been blocked, preventing me from contacting potential clients for freelance work.

I purchased Behance Pro specifically to find freelance opportunities and connect with clients. However, I am currently unable to send messages, which defeats the purpose of my subscription and is causing me to lose valuable time and potential business opportunities while my paid subscription continues to run.

I have already contacted Behance Support three times regarding this issue, but I have not received a response or any resolution. It is extremely disappointing that a paying customer has to repeatedly chase support for help with a service they have paid to use.

I need clarification on why my messaging functionality has been restricted, whether this restriction can be removed, and what steps I need to take to restore access. If the restriction was applied in error, I expect it to be corrected immediately.

I also request that this issue be escalated to the appropriate Behance support team or a representative who can investigate account-level messaging restrictions. If this cannot be resolved through the community, please direct me to the correct team or official contact channel.

I would also appreciate consideration for an extension of my Behance Pro subscription to compensate for the time I have been unable to use the service as intended.

Please take this issue seriously and provide a concrete resolution rather than directing me through the same support channels without any response. I am paying for Behance Pro to find freelance work, not to spend my time chasing customer support.
