I'm looking to get started with ADOBE anywhere...any tips?

I'm starting to collaborate with a sound designer on video projects.   So I've been researching how to collaborate by sharing files via an external hardrive being passed back and forth.  Somebody told me about ADOBE Anywhere but I've been hard pressed to find info on how to get started.  Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.  Any way, I figured I'd ask around to see what I could find out.

I'm looking to get started with ADOBE anywhere...any tips?
