I’m new to this and not having too much time..

Question

I'm seeking for help. Someone with the knowledge to navigate and work with me on a project that entails creativity... And incorporate actual picture photos from the 1940's.., Make these photos come alive again and hopefully it will tell its own story (For the next generations) and In "HONOR" for this noble family..
