IM A SPANISH SPEAKER, SO MY ENGLISH COULD BE HALF BAD OR GOOD.

 

OK, I USED CREATIVE CLOUD WITH PHOTOSHOP AND OTHER APPS. THE REASON WHY IM WRITING THIS IS BEACUSE I OPEN CREATIVE CLOUD APP, AND IT DOES´NT OPEN. APPEARS ME IN WHITE THE APP ,BUT AFTER , CLOSE INMEDIATLY. SO I NEED HELP!! FOR ME IS TO FRUSTRATING!

ALL CAPS is the same as SHOUTING.  Please don't shout in this public user-to-user forum.

Did you restart your computer after installing your Creative Cloud apps?

Which operating system do you have?

I use Windows 10,   1607 version 2016. Well, I dont restart my computer. And sorry if I use caps to write, is a bad  habit.
