I need technical help with Adobe Portfolio and I'm not sure where to post

Hi, appologies as I figure this isn't the correct sub forum to be posting but there's none for portfolio for some reason. Portfolio is included in the photographer CC bundle, so I figured this was the most relevent choice.

Regardless of the setting chosen for my logo (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) my logo acts in the same manner on mouse-over. It always displays the alt text and if the alt text field box is empty it just disappears.

I just want my logo with no interaction at all on mouse over. no alt text, no alt image. just the logo. for some reason, no matter how many settings I try and things I change this doesn't seem to be possible. It's as if the settings chosen (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) do nothing at all.

This issue is observable in the editor and also published on firefox, chrome, edge and mobile. I've asked others to help troubleshoot and no one can figure out why this won't work the way I intend it to.

I had never considered this because by default even under rollover settings it shows my logo with no option to upload, only remove and replace. anyway, i went ahead and "replaced" it with the same image and it seems to have worked so i don't even know what to think anymore.

yes, i think it's kind of wonky, because every time you click text or image, the button edit state returns to normal, so you have to keep checking that to make sure you're editing the desired state. but, for what you want, remove all text and upload your image for both states.

did you double-check that the file size and file type are correct?

Yep. The logo displays correctly but then upon mouse over it displays alt text or dissapears.

did you upload a rollover image.  (ie, it can be the same but needs to be uploaded.)

I just want to add that I have read the knowledge base and faq. Nothing mentions this bug. I've submitted a support ticket but I'm really just hoping someone will have dealt with this before and have a quick simple answer. I can't be the first person to experience this and won't be the last. it's weird it's not documented somewhere already.
