I need to move a piece of work between accounts on Adobe Portfolio because I accidentally started a piece of work on an old account that doesn't have a subscription associatied with it. However I can't download the piece of work, in order to reupload it on the other account, because it wants me to pay first. How do I get past this issue?

Portfolio is account specific. You cannot share content with other accounts.

Just delete / unpublish that Portfolio project. Start over on the correct account.

No I can't, I think because it isn't "published" and you have to pay to
publish...
