Question

I received this email from Adobe asking me to participate in a survey, is this legit?

I recently received an email from someone claiming to be Nicole Bailey from Bond Brand Loyalty. It's offering an Amazon Gift Card for participation in an interview. It's ringing some bells for "scam" in my brain. Big red flag to me is how they claim to be Bond Brand Loyalty, but sign the email as Adobe.  On top of that, they called me and left a voicemail about it as well, but the voicemail was cutting in and out and indecipherable. The address also looks irregular to me as well. Each email they've sent me has a date and time I should reach out to them about it, but those dates have both past and they keep reaching out about it. I'd appreciate some outside input. I'll add that I have filled out surveys from Adobe before, and I recall checking a box that said something about further surveys and whatnot. I'm not sure what to think about this.

email is below, from address:
Nicole.Bailey@bondbl.com

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Is there any email to report suspicious things? I just got an email saying to click a link to "Claim my free Adobe swag"… Similar email address (which is how I found this post). I don't have Outlook like it suggests, but Mail's preview shows the below

The person and company are real, but we will have to wait for an Adobe employee to verify its authenticity.
