I want a feature added that allows full adobe creative could APP installation on non-os drive

Pls fix this, it was rather frustrating. I dont want any files in my program files or program files (X86) or my local documents folder. I Want all associated files to be self contained in the new install location off of C:/ drive.

No, you may not install everything to your non-boot drive... parts MUST be installed on the boot drive

No it's not possible. CC doesn't operate in a vacuum. Creative Cloud programs rely on core functions provided by your operating system. It's that way by design.
