Question

I want to delete everything in "Deleted" folder

Hello.

I am very frustrated because my cloud storage is running out, and by contacting an agent they told me there is simply not an option for mass deleting files on the "Deleted" folder.

I have thousands of files there piled up over the years, and I can't do it manually, it's simply not possible.

Why isn't there any option for this, I simply cannot understand it...

In ALL othe cloud based services there is an option to delete trash, so to speak, how can Adobe doesn't have this?? It's out of my mind...

Any help?"

Thanks

Hi Sotiris_tseles,

You can select a range of files on the page using the shift key as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

This is a common feature request, please add your vote and comments here:

Best,

Dave

it's an adobe failing (as far as i know), and there's no work-around (as far as i know).

if i were you, i would delete files as needed.  ie, if you need 50mb more for today's files, delete, at least, 50mb of deleted folder files.
