I want to get access to my Creative Cloud content and migrate it from old profile to new one

Hi there!

I have a question for the techs out there.

I want to get access to my Creative Cloud content + Libraries and migrate it from old profile to new one - within the same organisation.

I can login to both profiles.
Old profile is now stripped from Creative Cloud solution and Libraries 😞
New profile has fresh 1TB of space 😐

I got info from my organisation’s administrator that recently our company made new contract with Adobe and this steps took place:

1. Adobe IDs became Business IDs;
2. access to Creative Cloud solution was shifted between profiles (connected to the same account with the same email).

I was not informed in advance that such event will take place… Imagine me changing colours while the call.

What steps should I take to get my files back?
