Ich versuche vergeblich seit einem Jahr meine Cloud zum funktionieren zu bringen

Fehlercode 505: Berechtigungen konnten nicht herabgesetzt werden - Bitte was kann ich machen das die cloud wieder funktioniert? Die Hilfe von Adobe hat versagt.  Das Programm beyondtrust powerbroker das ich deinstallieren soll, besitzew ich nicht und ich kenne es auch nicht. Bitte um Hilfe?

powerbroker is the problem.

 

error 505 means your cc app does not have sufficient permission to complete installation.  powerbroker restricts program's (like the cc installer) permissions.

 

contact powerbroker support and ask how to elevate an app's permissions, if you don't know how to do that.
