If I share files on CC, can I disable downloads?

Is it possible for clients to look at the files, but not be able to download?

Yes. In the Send Link dialog expand Advanced Options and uncheck Allow Downloads.

I cannot seem to find that option. I have a get a link or share with others. Neither of those gives me the advanced options box.
